You can book the service via your case worker (for survivors of domestic violence) or directly with us via our online calendar (Booking). You will receive a Teams meeting invitation for the time you selected. You will need to use a computer for the Teams call and have access to all of your social media and cloud accounts.
One of our specialist staff will join you in the call and work with you to assess the security of your accounts, the presence of any unusual or suspicious activity and to secure the accounts against any future compromise.
The call will take approximately one hour and you are more than welcome to invite your case worker or a support person to join the call.
