No apparent risk identified at this time - Continue to monitor

The results of your assessment show there is limited risk of your mobile phone, devices or online accounts being compromised.

We recommend you continue to monitor your devices and accounts and take the following steps to improve your digital safety.

Use an incognito web browser when searching the Internet, or otherwise clear your browser history.

Review the privacy settings of each of your cloud accounts and ensure you have Multi-Factor (2-Factor) authentication turned on.

Ensure your mobile devices are locked and protected with a 6 digit PIN.

Be sure to keep all your devices up to date by installing software updates as they become available.

Ensure you use unique passwords that are unknown to your perpetrator. Consider using a password manager to avoid using the same password across multiple accounts.

Maintain physical possession of your mobile phone and other devices at all times (it only takes a person with limited skills a few minutes to install modern spyware on your phone).

After completing the assessment, if you still feel unsafe, you are welcome to book a Digital Safety Audit. We will work with you to examine your accounts, mobile phone or smart device to enhance your safety and security.

Digital Safety Audits are conducted online and can be booked using the link below.
